What You'll Be Doing

● Purchasing: Purchase all blank and novelty items with accuracy and within tight timeframes, align orders to the production schedule so no job is ever waiting on materials, monitor vendor lead times and resolve delays early
● Receiving & Accuracy: Receive products with near-perfect accuracy — counts, quality checks, and organization, immediately stage materials so production stays on track, flag issues that could impact deadlines
● Production Support: Stay ahead of upcoming jobs and ensure all required blanks are in-house, keep short-term inventory organized, safe, and easy to access, be accountable for ensuring production never has to “pause” due to missing blanks
● Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and follow safety protocols.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with the product flow team, design and decoration team, supervisors, and other warehouse staff to meet daily productivity goals.

Qualifications

● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Experience in purchasing, receiving, warehouse support, or production
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
● Comfortable communicating with vendors and production teams
● Basic computer or scanner skills.
● Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
