What You'll Be Doing

This role is a unique blend of technical expertise and artistic hands-on precision. Your ability to manage a high-energy, deadline-driven environment while maintaining an exceptional level of quality is key. Your primary responsibilities will include:

● Mastering the Craft: You will be responsible for the full screenprinting process, from expert press operation to meticulous quality control. This includes ensuring perfect registration, ink color accuracy and consistency, and overall print excellence while maintaining quality standards.

● Driving Throughput: You'll be challenged to meet and exceed daily production goals, using your time management and problem-solving skills to maintain a steady and efficient workflow to minimize downtime and maximize throughput, adapt quickly to changing job requirements and production priorities.

● Technical Problem-Solving: You'll perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or technical print-related issues to keep equipment running at peak performance. We encourage individuals with a technical background to apply, as this mindset is essential for success.
