Level 10 is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is for a self-motivated professional who is eager to push their creative boundaries. You'll be responsible for creating high-caliber graphics and marketing collateral that embody our brand and support our mission. This is a chance to move beyond the ordinary and consistently produce fresh, innovative work.

What You'll Be Doing

This role requires a unique blend of creativity, technical skill, and a can-do attitude. You will manage projects from start to finish, working both independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional designs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

● Creative Execution: Take concepts from initial idea to final, press-ready artwork. This includes hands-on design, layout, and production of a wide range of materials.

● Collaborative Design: Work closely with the Program Manager and other Production Artists to conceptualize and develop designs that meet the needs of various programs.

● Production & Preparation: Prepare and set up all approved artwork and files for our internal production team, ensuring they are press-friendly and meet all technical requirements.

● Project Management: Coordinate the art schedule, manage the proofing process with the sales team, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

● A Standout Portfolio: You must have a proven track record of creativity and a high level of graphic design skill. A portfolio is required for consideration.

● High-Level Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and a strong working knowledge of a Macintosh environment are essential. Knowledge of screen printing processes is a plus, but not required.

● Strong Communication: You have excellent verbal communication skills and can clearly convey your ideas. You can also take constructive criticism and use it to refine your work.

● Time Management: You have strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
