Key Responsibilities:

Be the welcoming first point of contact for all incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat – ready to answer questions, provide updates, and solve challenges with a smile!

Guide customers through our amazing products, decoration options, and various seamless ordering solutions (Bulk, Standard IFP, Express Store).

Handle order processing, changes, and cancellations with precision, ensuring every detail is accurate for our production magic to happen.

Collaborate like a champ with our sales, design, and production teams to keep orders flowing smoothly and guarantee client happiness from start to finish.

Proactively communicate with customers about their order status, delivery timelines, and any necessary updates – keeping them informed every step of the way.

Be a master of organization, accurately documenting all customer interactions so we can continuously provide top-notch service.

Share your knowledge of Level 10’s proven process, showing customers just how easy it is to work with us and why we’re their ultimate custom apparel partner.

Turn any challenge into an opportunity, handling feedback and concerns with grace and escalating issues when needed to ensure swift, satisfactory resolutions.
Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in a fast-paced customer service or support role, where you consistently made customers happy.

An amazing communicator – both verbally and in writing – with a natural ability to connect and build rapport.

A detective-level problem-solver with an eagle eye for detail.

Super organized and efficient – you can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball!
