Position Summary: 

Are you a relationship builder with a drive to connect great products with amazing people? Level 10 is on the hunt for a passionate Account Manager to champion our custom apparel and promotional solutions. You’ll be the trusted guide for our diverse clients, from dedicated coaches outfitting their next championship team to local business owners creating unified staff apparel. If you love diving into different industries, celebrating victories with clients, and helping them build unbreakable pride, this role is for you! 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Become the go-to expert and trusted advisor for a vibrant portfolio of clients, ensuring their happiness and continuously discovering new ways to elevate their brand. 

• Unearth exciting new opportunities across a variety of sectors. Whether you're connecting with school athletic departments, community youth leagues, booming construction companies, innovative tech startups, or bustling restaurant groups, we support you in pursuing the areas where you feel most confident and connected. 

• Lead engaging conversations to truly understand client dreams, pain points, and goals for their custom apparel and promotional products. 

• Craft compelling, tailored solutions, showcasing our incredible range of products and decoration methods (from eye-popping screen printing to sophisticated embroidery and beyond!) and our seamless ordering solutions (Bulk, Standard IFP, Express Store). 

• Team up with our talented design and production crews to ensure every order is spot-on and delivered with Level 10 perfection. 

• Be the consistent, reliable face of Level 10 for your clients, delivering updates, tackling questions, and swiftly resolving any challenges – because client success is our success! 

• Keep our CRM sparkling clean with all your awesome client interactions and progress. 

• Crush your sales targets and celebrate big wins – for you and for our clients!

Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of experience in account management, outside sales, or business development, with a proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships. 

• A natural communicator and presenter, able to captivate an audience and clearly convey value. 

• An independent spirit, highly organized, and driven to achieve outstanding results. 

• Proficiency with common computer tools (like Microsoft Office) and a knack for learning new systems (like CRM software). 

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation – ready to hit the road and meet amazing clients!
